Great apartment, very clean, confortable and well equiped and also has a great skyline view from both balconies! The building is close to tram stations, markets, a couple of good restaurants and parking. The proximity to the Augarten park is great for families traveling with kids. Great place, would stay there again!

Nice modern apartment. Comfy bed. You can do laundry and iron (washing machine is available). Kitchen equipped with tableware and some cookware, dishwasher, sponge+dishwash.liquid also provided. Located in 5-7 min walk from tram lines 2,5 which take you to historical center (approx 25 min) and easy connection to airport train via Praterstern. Walking distance to groceries. Good communication with property manager, provided clear instructions for key pickup prior arrival. Thank you!

Cosy apartment with fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. There is a tram stop nearby so in 20-25 minutes you can reach the city center. The supermarket "Hofen" in 100m.

Very clean.

Smaller than expected. Pictures not very accurate for the ground floor. Maybe the upper floors are as in the picture but the ground floor appartment was much smaller.

This property is newly renovated on a quiet street, very clean and quite comfortable for a short stay.

Never met the host although he did call us on the phone to check everything is ok. In the property there is a nespresso coffee machine but there is neither coffee capsule nor sugar. For people on the road and not familiar with the city, it would be very nice to provide a few free coffee to start with.

Absolutely perfect. Convenient location, very clean and very well facilitated. You can find everything you need like at home (from iron to coffee machine). Fast Wi-Fi, very good for work. 5 min from the apartment there is the most interesting and very cosy restaurant with delicious food. Tram and train station close.

Felt like at home, didn't want to leave.

The apartment is as described in the pictures. Public transports are near, about 300 meters to find the tram 5. From the apartment to the center it would take about 20 minutes using tram and underground. The apartment is fully equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed a lot our stay.

Very clean place, parking and supermarket in 3 minutes distance.

Felt lack of air-conditioner and also some of neighbors were too noisy even at night time. Also windows of our apartment was directed to backyard. This was very little annoying because you can hear everything happening on the yard.

It is spacious, clean and new apartment. Good internet connection and we enjoyed our stay there.

Almost 20 minutes walk to nearest metro station and requires a gmail account to receive instructions on key collection.

Die Grösse des Apartments, moderne Einrichtung, gut erhalten, Privatsphäre, Wi-Fi funktioniert ohne Probleme (so wie auch andere technischen Sachen) , ziemlich Komfortabel (auch schön warm), hell, die Lage, die Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Deutlich zu wenig Stauraum (sehr wenige Schränke, im oberen Stock gar keine), in der Küche könnte man ein paar Töpfe mehr gebrauchen (man könnte vielleicht auch ein Spültab für den Geschirrspüler hinlegen), das Ausziehsofa im oberen Stock ist nicht gemütlich zum Schlafen.

Mit dem Auto kann man direkt zur Unterkunft hinfahren und ausladen. Das Auto kann man auf einem nahegelegenen Parkplatz, der 4 Euro/24h kostet, abstellen. Neben dem Parkplatz befindet sich auch ein Hofer zum Einkaufen. Parkplatz und Hofer sind ca. 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte mittels vorher zugesandtem PIN-Code. Sehr unkompliziert! Das Appartement war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 8 Personen unterwegs und uns allen hat es super gut gefallen. Wir hatten das Appartement für 10 Personen. Es verfügt u.a. über eine Dachterrasse, auf der alle Personen Platz haben und von der man auf die beleuchtete Innenstadt von Wien schauen kann. Traumhaft. Das 10er-Appartment hat 5 Schlafplätze in Betten und 5 Schlafplätze auf Schlafsofas. Die Küchenzeile im Appartement verfügt über Herd+Ofen (mit Blechen), Spülbecken, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso), Lappen, Spülmittel, Geschirr, alles was man eben braucht. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Straßenbahn entfernt, so dass man in kürzester Zeit eine top Ausgangsposition für eine Tour durch die Stadt hat. Die Kontaktaufnahme, sei es vor der Anreise oder während des Aufenthalts, verlief absolut problemlos und sehr freundlich.

An dieser Unterkunft gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Die Ferienwohnung ist topmodern , äußerst geräumig und alle sehr stimmig. es sind zwei Dachterassen mit schönen Blick auf Wien vorhanden , die den ganzen Aufenthalt noch schöner und besonderer machten. Auch wurde unserer Tochter - die Geburtstag hatte- eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt und Glückwünsche übermittelt. Das fanden wir besonders Aufmerksam. In jedem Fall absolut empfehlenswert.
